1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ApexSeva mobile application or web platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Platform Overview

ApexSeva is an on-demand marketplace facilitating bookings for in-person hourly services (cleaning, handyman, repair) and platonic public companionship (accompanying to movies, walking pets, coffee meetings in public settings).

3. Platonic Companionship Policy

All companionship services offered on ApexSeva are strictly non-physical, platonic, and must occur exclusively in public settings. Any attempt to solicit non-platonic services or engage in inappropriate behavior will result in immediate permanent account termination and legal reporting.

4. User Accounts & Verification

Users must provide accurate information when registering. Service partners undergo government ID (Aadhaar/PAN) KYC verification. Users must not share OTPs with anyone prior to service arrival.

5. Payments & Cancellations

Pricing is calculated on an hourly basis set by the platform and provider. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, UPI, or in-app wallet. Cancellations are subject to platform cancellation windows.
