ApexSeva collects real-time location data during active service bookings to facilitate turn-by-turn navigation, provider arrival geofencing, customer tracking, and emergency SOS alerts.

3. Data Security

Your payment credentials are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay). KYC documents are stored securely on private disks with temporary signed access URLs only available to authorized admin reviewers.
