1. Identity & KYC Verification

Every service partner registered on ApexSeva undergoes mandatory identity check against government databases (Aadhaar / PAN Card) and selfie verification before accepting bookings.

2. Start-OTP Session Verification

To prevent unauthorized booking starts, sessions require a 4-digit OTP generated on the customer's phone. Partners must enter this OTP in-person to commence timer tracking.

3. Emergency SOS Dispatch

Both customer and provider mobile apps feature a prominent Emergency SOS button. Activating SOS instantly dispatches GPS location coordinates and alerts designated emergency contacts.

4. Strict Platonic Policy

Companionship bookings are non-physical and restricted to public venues (cafes, cinemas, public parks, events). Any violation of this policy leads to immediate account ban and potential law enforcement escalation.
