60-Day Grace Period & Auto-Cancellation Policy
- Upon OTP verification, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after 60 days.
- All profile data, booking history, wallet records, and KYC documents will be permanently erased.
- Auto-Cancellation: If you log in to your ApexSeva mobile app anytime within these 60 days, your deletion request will be automatically cancelled and your account will remain 100% active.
